Terms and Conditions:
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: The Competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland and the US (excluding Rhode Island), aged 18 years or older. All employees of Jabra (GN Netcom), Flexible Boss, Jabra channel partners Flexible Boss media partners or their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected to this promotion are ineligible to enter the Competition. Applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or automated entries will not be accepted.
Jabra makes no warranty or representation as to the accuracy of the information provided in the website and assumes no liability for any errors or omissions in the content of the website.
2. HOW TO ENTER: You can enter the Jabra Flexible Boss Flexible Working Competition online by completing all requested information within the competition entry form
All fields with an asterisk * are required to be completed as mandatory.
The Competition begins on Monday 9th March 2015 and ends at 11.59pm on Sunday 19th April. Any entries received after this time will not be counted and will be disqualified.
3. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: The winners will be randomly drawn from all of the entries received. All decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into
No entrant may win more than one prize. Only one entry is allowed per person.
There will be one first prize winner, two second prize winners and three runner-up winners. All prize winners will be notified by email by Monday 27th April, 2015. Prizes will be awarded after winners have received written notification and confirm their preferred delivery address. Please allow up to 28 days for the delivery of prizes.
Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative available. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of an equal or greater value without notice. Prizes are awarded at Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Competition at any time during the competition opening dates if any technical issues or falsifying of entries are found to compromise the integrity of the competition.

The three runner-up winners will win 1x Jabra Evolve 80 Stereo headset and an assortment of Jabra branded goodies including wireless mouse, t-shirt, pen and pad, each.
Prize items in each kit will not be substituted with different prizes at the winners’ request.
