Talent acquisition specialist Alexander Mann Solutions has acquired the flexible working and diversity consulting arm of Capability Jane.

Capability Jane was founded by Sara Hill in 2006 and specialises in diversity recruitment, flexible working and job share consultancy to help employers recruit and retain female executives. Alexander Mann will now integrate the firm’s methodologies and consulting solutions to enable it to extend its diversity and inclusion consultancy.

Hill and her consulting team have joined Alexander Mann, where she will lead the global diversity and inclusion practice. Capability Jane Recruitment, which specialises in recruiting part-time and job share executives, will continue to operate independently, led by managing director Gill Stewart.

Hill said: “We have been on a mission to help organisations understand how to attract, retain and progress women into senior roles and create a world where flexibility, part-time and job sharing is the norm, not the exception, and where organisations embrace innovative ways of working as a source of competitive advantage. This partnership gives us a much bigger platform.”
